Are you a real estate agent?
No. We are a private land investing company. No commissions, no listings, no headaches.
Do you guys buy all land types or specific types?
We buy any and all land. No minimum or maximum size. Whether it's in the mountains,desert, hill top, middle of nowhere, or within the city. We buy ANY and ALL land types. All 50 states, all counties.
Are there any hidden fees?
NO. We believe in honesty and transparency. What you see is what you NET (actually in your pocket). We pay all closing costs and no extra hidden fees when working with us.
